Brand promotional merchandise (GWP). No authenticity documents because these items are not boutique-purchased. Quality checked before packing. 

Just to clarify, GWP items are free gifts from the brand, so the quality won’t be the same as boutique items. They’re made for promotional use, not for retail sale. But they are still practical and nice to use.

They indicate the difference in the concentration of perfume essence in a perfume, which then affects how long the perfumes last.

Perfumes have an average shelf life up to five years. However, as long as you keep your perfumes at a cool room away from direct light, they should last long and will be safe to use.

B. Online Orders and Shipping

Kindly be informed that the changing of shipping address would only be possible prior to the shipment of your parcel. If your order has already been shipped, kindly understand that we may not be able to make any changes to the shipping address.

Please note that our online and offline sales run concurrently and our stock levels may not always be perfectly synchronized, causing the occasional situation that out-of-stock products may still be available on the website. Should this problem arise for your order, our Customer Service will reach out to you. Under usual circumstances, you may be informed of the waiting time for the restock of the item. Shipping time may vary depending on the products you order. As miniature perfumes often have unstable supply and high demand, there may be occasions where certain items run out of stock. However, we will do our best to expedite the process to fulfill and ship out your parcel at the earliest time.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
